This is great. Can you provide either the LaTeX source or some other formats? I would love to load this into FBreader to read the book, but my efforts with pdftotext have come with less than desirable results.
At http://lib.ru/BULGAKOW/ you can get 2 different versions of the text in english, in plain text format (it’s the 2nd and 3rd link in the list).
The LaTeX sources are not really much for reading, they’re too much infected with the formatting stuff.
